Joy Partners CHW Academy is the training and certification pipeline for the Joy Partners CHW Field Team. Candidates are trained on the substrate they will operate, supervised through the substrate, and evaluated against the substrate's governance posture.
Pathway
From candidate to certified CHW.
- Application. Candidates submit interest. Joy Partners reviews fit and motivation. No live PHI is exchanged on this site.
- Core training. Community-health-worker fundamentals, consent and readiness, motivational interviewing posture, in-home care safety, evidence capture, and documentation hygiene.
- Substrate rehearsal. Candidates rehearse on the JoyPartnersOS Operations Inbox, Smart Visit, Telehealth Broadcast, and Evidence Ledger using synthetic placeholders only.
- Field readiness. Supervised field visits with provider review. Candidates progress when the evidence ledger and provider review queue both clear them.
- Field deployment. Certified CHWs are deployed to a provider-group panel through the Joy Partners CHW Field Team.
